What Zechariah 4:6 means
God tells a discouraged builder that the work will be finished by his Spirit, not by force or human strength.
This word comes to Zerubbabel, the governor leading the rebuilding of the temple after Israel returned from exile. The workers were few and the task felt impossibly large. The words behind "might" and "power" point to armies and physical force.
